Make your own popping pearls
Have you always wanted to make your own popping pearls for your Boba?

Together with the workshop leader you will make your own popping pearls and then compose your own drink. You make your own pearls with a chemical reaction and you can choose from different flavors: Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, Peach and Green Apple. The drink is then finished with syrup, ice and fresh green tea. You will receive a plastic cup that can be put in the dishwasher. The workshop lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The popping pearls are made by a chemical reaction between sodium alginate and calcium lactate.
What we bring:
Everything you need to make the pearls and the drinks and of course the workshop facilitator.
What we need from you:
1) A table and chairs with room for everyone to be able to sit.
2) A sink to empty the distilled water into.
